Our User Experience Consultants make products easier and more enjoyable to use. We are adept at using quantitative and qualitative data from diverse source – to drive our recommendations. We apply our user experience knowledge to websites, software applications and physical products.

• User research: Our methods include field studies, user surveys, contextual interviews, and task analysis.
• Interaction Design: Our user-centered approach includes information architecture, prototyping, user scenarios and task analysis
• Usability: Our evaluation methods include baseline testing and iterative testing, heuristic evaluation, and cognitive walkthroughs. We conduct both on site and remote testing.
• Accessibility: We help clients make their products more accessible to diverse audiences and help achieve both Section 508 and WC3 compliance.

As our consultants gain in experience they may lead larger projects, speak at conferences, author research and whitepapers and lead initiatives that cut across our practice areas.
