Evantage Consulting’s Kate McRoberts shares conflict
management best practices with the International Institute of Business
Analysis.

constantly bridge the gap between business and IT stakeholders, conflict is a
fact of every day life,” according to Kate McRoberts, a Partner with Evantage
Consulting. Ms McRoberts is the featured speaker at the International Institute
of Business Analysis, Minneapolis Chapter meeting (http://minneapolis.theiiba.org/).

lasting resolution.” Ms McRoberts’ presentation is focused on helping business
analysts identify sources and types of conflict, and offer techniques to help
find common ground and addresses differences. Ms McRoberts began her career at Evantage
Consulting as a Business Analyst and was subsequently promoted to Project
Manager and was appointed Partner in 2006. She received her MA in Organization
Development from the
University of
St. Thomas and completed
her undergraduate studies at
Macalester
College, in
St. Paul,
MN.
