From the North via Interstate 35W
Follow Interstate 35W South to the Washington Avenue exit.
Turn right onto Washington Avenue and follow Washington Avenue past Hennepin Avenue to Third Avenue North.
Turn right onto Third Avenue North.
Evantage Consulting is located in the Colonial Warehouse, which will be the building on your left.
From the North via Interstate 94
Follow 94 East to the Olson Memorial Highway 55 (the 4th and 7th Street exit).
Follow the 7th Street exit which will veer off to the right.
Go through the light at 7th Street.
At the next light turn left onto Olson Memorial Highway.
Continue for ¼ of a mile. Olson Memorial Highway will junction with 5th Street near the Metro Transit building.
Follow 5th Street (be careful not to follow Olson Memorial Highway).
Continue on 5th Street and take a left onto 5th Avenue North.
At Washington Avenue, turn right.
Go over the railroad bridge and the first street will be Third Avenue North.
Turn left onto Third Avenue North.
