Lead Business Consultant

Evantage Consulting is seeking an experienced Lead Business Consultant. This position will be responsible for strategic business planning, process improvement, operations integration, change management and business systems planning and analysis. Specific responsibilities will include:

Development of business planning proposals and associated resource plans and estimates
Managing the design and delivery of medium sized business planning, analysis and change projects including accountability for project/program profitability
Managing consultants, client staff and/or external vendors as required to achieve delivery objectives
Defining and implementing tactics and methods to achieve project goals (i.e. survey research, quantitative analysis, process modeling, etc)
Recommending enhancements to internal standards and best practices as appropriate
Promoting and augmenting Evantage’s thought leadership through participation in relevant professional associations.

Qualified candidates will have:

5 + years progressive business analysis, operations management , change management experience with large organizations
Strong program and project leadership skills
Demonstrated experience in managing business projects from definition through completion
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience and interest in mentoring other business consultants
A minimum 3 years progressive experience in Healthcare, Medical Technology or Financial Services
At least two years experience leading e-business initiatives
Experienced delivering ROI analyses, business case documentation, process improvement deliverables, analysis of survey data
MBA or MHA degree (preferable)
