AgriBank Farm Credit Services saw an opportunity to improve service to their members and reduce costs by creating and automating a common set of business processes. They asked Evantage to help them understand their member associations’ current practices, problem areas and future needs.

As we conducted user research and analyzed the needs for every bank and department, we developed an interactive visual process to gain rapid and shared understanding among the member organizations. We created requirements for a system the member banks would want to use and laid the foundation for improved member relationships.
