Evantage Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst Consultant. This position helps our client analyze business requirements and operational processes in support of performance improvement projects and new product development.
This role requires an experienced professional who can analyze gaps in business processes and formulate long term and short term solutions. Responsibilities will encompass workflow analysis, planning, change process and management of the system implementation process. The Analyst will work with client and team management to determine process and system needs, design new processes and assist in managing the implementation of new processes and systems.
- 7-10 years Business, systems and operations analysis
- 3-5 years experience in structured requirements analysis techniques
- Formal training in process design, statistical process control, Six Sigma techniques
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience
- Creative problem solving skills
- Fluent in Visio, Excel and Access
- Experience with use cases, process modeling, scenario and role-based workflow definition
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelors or higher degree in business, computer science or related field
